[CH.29] You must wear the dress I made
The term of a magical girl lasts about 3-5 years. They are essentially a type of idol, so naturally, young and beautiful characters are more likely to attract popularity.
The senior had been a magical girl for 4 years, making her one of the longest-serving veterans among the current group of magical girls. She shared many interesting stories with Alice, stories that were unknown to others.
However, those things weren't important to Alice. She just quietly listened to her senior's voice, leaning against her senior's embrace, feeling the warmth emanating from her senior.
Perhaps she was feeling jealous. The senior and Mercury seemed to be having a great time chatting, and Alice's heart couldn't help but feel a bit unsettled.
When her senior said she wouldn't be taken away by anyone, did that mean she would never leave her? Her senior's embrace was soft and warm, a place reserved only for Alice, and she didn't want to share her senior with anyone else.
How wonderful it would be if her senior could become something that belonged to Alice alone, to hold her forever, and love only her. If only characters like Mercury would disappear—
"What am I even thinking..."
Alice buried her blushing cheeks completely into her senior's chest, her hand gripping her senior's shoulder.
"What's gotten into you? Why are you suddenly so clingy?"
"I just want to hold you..."
"So proactive, that's not like you at all."
Her senior complained with her mouth, but she gently embraced Alice. She continued to whisper interesting anecdotes from the past into Alice's ear, the gentle breeze tickling Alice's ears. It was both ticklish and tingling, and coupled with her senior's scent and warmth, it almost immediately melted Alice.
Time passed by in such a mundane and uneventful manner.
---
The next morning's early class, Han Huayang was hiding in the back row, catching up on sleep.
He had returned to the apartment last night at half-past eleven, only to realize when he transformed back that he was still wearing the black and white imitation shirt dress that Zhang Jingya had given him.
When Zhang Jingya had paid the bill, she had placed Han Huayang's clothes that he had changed out of and the extra dress she had bought into the same bag.
During dinner, they had discussed some emotional issues, which led Han Huayang to forget to take back his own clothes.
Contemporary college students typically stayed up until the early hours of the morning, especially Sun Zhe, who seemed like a night owl. Han Huayang often heard him on the other side of the wall, talking loudly into his headset around three or four in the morning. Sun Zhe clearly didn't sleep at that hour.
To be honest, Han Huayang didn't want to see Sun Zhe; from any perspective, he didn't want to encounter that guy.
Han Huayang leaped onto the building in the form of Alice, opened the window to enter the room, and immediately transformed back. The whole process was smooth and seamless, even impressing Han Huayang himself.
This morning, the chubby guy from the Computer Science department had asked him when he had come back.
Zhang Yang sat beside Han Huayang and passed him a note.
"It seems like my sister completely sees you as a girl; she keeps addressing you as 'sister' in her messages."
"Don't even mention it. Your sister even gave me two breast pads."
"What are breast pads?"
"Don't ask me..."
Han Huayang crumpled the note and stuffed it into his pocket, refusing to continue the topic. He turned his head away, just wanting to get some quiet sleep. But Zhang Yang passed another note to him.
"My sister wants to meet you. Do you have time tomorrow?"
"It's Saturday, so I probably won't have time in the evening..."
"During the day is fine, my sister works in the evening."
After all, Saturday evenings were reserved for his livestream. Two hours each night might not be very long, but his senior always took her time to dress up Alice, and the makeup process could be quite exhausting.
"But why does your sister want to meet me?"
"She says you left something at her place. Do you remember what you forgot? My sister doesn't even want me to pass it on."
"Who knows..."
Zhang Jingya was probably talking about Han Huayang's clothes, but on the other hand, Zhang Jingya also had a jacket of hers in Han Huayang's possession.
Speaking of which, Han Huayang's life after classes was quite rich. He didn't have many major courses, so he had plenty of time to participate in other activities.
Before becoming a magical girl, Han Huayang used to play games with his classmates frequently and occasionally played basketball. In his freshman year, he was forced by his senior to join the drama club, where he would often cross-dress and play female roles.
His senior didn't participate in the performances; instead, she was responsible for making costumes for the drama club. Every dress that Han Huayang wore was personally altered by his senior. She loved lifting up Han Huayang's skirts and savoring the shy expressions he made.
Later, she specifically designed a lace dress with detachable segments. By undoing the satin buttons at the back, the dress would immediately fall apart, leaving very little to the imagination.
At the time, his senior had tried every means to get Han Huayang to wear this special dress, but her overt intentions had made Han Huayang wary. She even tried to pin him down and force him into the dress...
In the end, the dress was torn to shreds.
These were events from the past, back when Han Huayang had just enrolled, and there wasn't as much ambiguity between him and his senior.
Since becoming a magical girl, Han Huayang had changed a lot.
He no longer had time for gaming, and there was no time to participate in club activities. His feelings for his senior were also becoming more and more complicated.
---
Inside the agency, his senior was lounging on the sofa, flipping through fashion magazines, while Alice was cleaning up the empty bottles and waste paper left behind by his senior.
Kate had once given an order that in order to prevent Han Huayang from ****ing Li Meiting, he had to transform into Alice whenever he was inside the agency. But now, looking back, the one who might be in danger was Alice.
"The dress you wore yesterday, is it the same as this one?" His senior held up a magazine, pointing to a black and white dress.
"This dress costs almost 3,000 yuan, do you have such good financial conditions now?"
"It's alright... but the dress was a gift from someone..."
Alice's kindness points were at 69, and since points could be converted into money, she had about 70,000 yuan at her disposal.
His senior, with the magazine still clutched to her chest, said thoughtfully, "A gift? Who gave it to you?"
"A friend's sister... explaining it would be too troublesome..."
"Then what about the jacket you were wearing the night before last? That one costs nearly 30,000 yuan."
His senior took out another fashion magazine, not bothering to open it, as the girl on the cover was wearing the same leather jacket.
"That was borrowed."
"Borrowed? Who borrowed it to you?"
"It's still that girl's."
"So, you've met with that girl for two days in a row?"
"Yeah... you could say that."
"Oh my!"
His senior let out a strange cry, without making any further comments. She used the magazine to cover her face, making the atmosphere in the room a bit awkward.
Usually, it was his senior who initiated the conversation, and Alice had always followed her lead. Alice had never taken the initiative to chat with his senior, always accepting her guidance unilaterally.
Whether it was verbal communication or physical contact, most of the time, Alice was the passive party.
As the atmosphere turned silent, Alice decided to say something to break the deadlock.
"By the way, I have something to do tomorrow afternoon. I'll be back around 7 o'clock, so I won't miss the livestream."
"What? You're going out? With whom?!" His senior suddenly jumped up from the sofa, her face darkening. She spoke in a low, intimidating voice.
"Um... with that girl."
"Ah... you guys are going on a date, aren't you?!"
"It's not really a date, I just left some clothes at her place."
"I see through it now, you two did it, right?"
"Uh, no, senior. Those were just the clothes I changed out of when wearing a dress. I just forgot to take them back."
"But you also wore the dress she bought for you so naturally. You don't even want to wear the dress I made for you!"
Li Meiting acted like a child, rolling around on the sofa. Alice stood by helplessly, unsure of how to comfort her. This process only lasted a minute or two before Li Meiting got back up.
"Hey, at least comfort me a bit."
"Senior, how would you like me to comfort you?"
"Well... how about this? Tomorrow, you must wear the dress I designed to meet her."
